They are made from western Red Cedar –Thuja Plicata-a wood called “long life maker” by native Americans of the west coast , Western Cedar is one of the most rot –resistant timbers known , it has time insulating qualities and it’s pleasing aromatic odour is repellent to moths, insects and vermin .
The wood is saturated to every fibre with natural preservative oil which renders it virtually immune to decay and gives extreme durability without artificial preservative treatment.
Low maintenance, easy to clean select the location ensuring a hard level base , fill from a hose and light the fire wood and wait for the water to heat up EASY .This product does not require a permanent water or electrical supply , it’s traditional construction makes it a real feature in your home and will stand the test of time .
