To give you, our customer, the best delivery service at the best price we have chosen to use both Royal Mail Parcel Post and Parcel Force Courier Service.

When you have finished shopping and completed your order you will see two delivery charges below your total order amount. Both of these charges are calculated on the weight of your total order and you will be asked to choose one by ticking the appropriate box. Both delivery services apply to all zones shown in our UK map below.

The first option is by Royal Mail parcel post. This service is competitive starting at approximately £4.20 for smaller purchases and your order will reach you within 7 working days. This service is not trackable after despatch from our warehouse. Areas not served by Royal Mail can be delivered by our second option UK Mail.

The second option is by UK Mail courier service. This service is very competitive for larger orders and heavier items. If you order with us before 1pm your order will be despatched and delivered to you during the next working day. This service is always trackable by us and fully insured.

Should you want a next day delivery on any order, large or small then you must choose UK Mail for a guaranteed delivery at £6.50.

There are exceptions within the UK when choosing UK Mail courier service. These are Zones C, D & E. Please see the map, post codes and additional charges below.

Your goods will be delivered in one parcel and you will be notified of any items that maybe out of stock.

We can arrange an express delivery service for you, i.e. before 9am next day delivery. Please call 01865 841 091 and you will be advised on charges. The deadline to receive an order for express shipping on the next working day is 1pm.

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please arrange return of goods with us prior to return, all returns should be sent to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit note. Please send items securely by insured and registered delivery. Please retain your receipt of posting. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged when returned.

We cannot be responsible for any interest charged by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be debited to your card.
