How to order

Find the Product

Click on your chosen category in the left hand menu. This will open products on offer within this category. When you find a product that interests you, click the image to see all relevant details including price, product variation, and / or size. You may scroll through the pages to view all the products we offer.

Purchase the Product / Check Availability

Once you have selected a product, choose you variation (colour, scent etc) and quantity and click the ‘add to cart’ button.

If the item is not in stock, then you will not be able to purchase this item, send us an email if you wish to enquire about stock.

Add the item/s to the cart. The latest additions to your cart will be displayed in image format to the right, under that will be the rest of the contents of your cart. You will also be able to see the quantity and price of each item in your cart.

Sale Item Disclaimer

We have very limited stock of our sale items, and we will not be taking back orders on any of these items. Due to the fact our stock levels are updated once every 24 hours a product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.

To go to checkout

The checkout button is located to the right just above the contents of your cart, you can get to checkout this way or via your cart. To view your entire cart select the ‘view your entire cart button’ located just under your cart to the right.

Check the items in your cart. To change the quantity to a higher value, select your choice from the drop down menu and then select the ‘update quantity’ button located towards the bottom left.

To delete an item simply click ‘remove.’

If you have a coupon code, you may enter this in the box to the right of the screen.

Review your order then click ‘checkout’.

When you click ‘checkout’, you may be taken to the secure Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure Code website for credit card verification. You will be returned to our site when this process is complete.

You will receive a Checkout Complete message along with your order.

Before you can complete the checkout stage, you will be required to either register your details as a member or as a guest (in which case your details will not be stored). If you are an existing customer, you will be required to submit your existing login details. Follow the steps below (you may complete them either before you begin shopping with us or at the checkout stage):

New Customers

Enter your registration details in the fields indicated and press ‘create my account’.

Tick the boxes ‘..save to my address book’ and/or ‘..ship to this address’ as appropriate.

Existing Customers

Enter your login details. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘forgot your password’ link and your password hint will be emailed to you.

During the checkout stage you can modify any of the details you have entered into the forms without having to start again, to do this simply click ‘modify’.
